The Agency has been successfully running since 1997. We are an introductory agency based in the UK that specializes in placing European Au-pairs in the UK and British Au-pairs in Europe and America.

Although Sunny Smiles has been running since 1997 we have further more years of personal experience within the Au-pair industry not only of understanding the Au pair programme as a family hosting an Au pair but also by personal experience of living as an Au pair in a host family.

Success! We are very proud to say that only apart from a very small number out of several hundred placed Au pairs yearly the engagements are all successful!

Sunny Smiles has a wide network of highly praised and well-regulated agencies from all over the world and is a founder member of BAPAA (British Au-pair Agencies Association), the only recognised Trade Association for the British Au pair Industry setting standards for the Au pair industry.

Who we work with? We currently co-operate with well-established and reputable partner agencies within Europe and America who follow their work to high standards including selecting suitable applicants for the Au pair programme by screening their personal profile and verifying their references. These applicants are interviewed in person or where not possible, by skype.

Placements abroad : France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, USA and Australia. Our agency works with established partner agencies in all countries listed.
